AVON Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade continues to raise funds
Every single one of us has a mother, daughter, aunt, niece, or some other special woman in our lives. We all know that there are two things in life that every one of these women have heard of, one is kind of fun and the other is something that no woman ever wants to hear about.I am speaking of course of AVON and breast cancer.
Breast cancer is the leading cancer in women and a cure needs to found. This cannot happen without hope, education, and support both morally and monetarily. Fortunately with the help of individuals and companies like AVON a cure is in reach.
Since its inception, the AVON Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade has raised over $525 million worldwide to help in the fight against breast cancer. That number by the way continues to climb. Thanks to the AVON Foundation Breast Caner Crusade there is hope for all those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The foundation distributes the money raised to five distinct categories:
- Breast caner awareness and education
- Breast caner support services
- Breast cancer screenings and diagnosis
- Access to breast cancer treatment
- Breast cancer scientific research
