YouTube hit video ‘Pink Glove Dance’ raising serious breast cancer awareness
Okay it is official, I am the 1,661,153rd person to view the awesome YouTube video titled ‘Pink Glove Dance.’ The video producers, which used the staff at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Ore., decided to make the video in order to help promote the pink gloves that where being sold in an effort to raise funds to help those who couldn’t afford a mammogram. Then an unexpected thing happened.
The video became such a hit that it has done more to raise breast cancer awareness then many other promotions that had been planned in the past. The video features multiple staff members dancing around and moving to a very upbeat song and everyone in the video has on PINK medical gloves.
It really is a great video and makes you feel good inside but ThinkPinker.com hopes that it will help inspire something else as well. Hopefully people will see this video and share it with friends and family so that they too can share it with their friends and family and so on and so on.
