No one left alone this holiday season - a follow up…

hug1I have posted in the past about how important it is to love and support those who are battling breast cancer. I have also written how important it is that breast cancer patients never be alone and how a new furry friend such as a dog or cat can make all the difference in the world. Now, with the holiday season upon us I am writing to remind all those who know anybody touched by this dreaded disease to be there for them this holiday season in whatever capacity you can.

The holidays can be stressful and if left alone the holidays can be extremely depressing. If you combine that stress and depression with a breast cancer diagnosis the results can be disastros.

Laughter, joy, and positive thoughts are so imperative for those who are fighting breast cancer and being lonely does not help this plight. ThinkPinker.com wants everyone to remember that this horrific disease can only win if we let it.

Take the time and make the effort this holiday season to be there for the ones you love - or even just like. That visit from you, that phone call, that simple holiday card - it can literally means the difference between life and death. Love, support, and togetherness - breast cancer hates these factors - so lets all stick together and kick it in the teeth. GROUP HUG!
