As 2009 closes out and 2010 rings in not only a New Year but a new decade, ThinkPinker.com wants to remind everyone what should not be new; hope. Even though the years are steadily clicking by and breast cancer research is on the cutting edge, we still need to have the hope that one day we will have a breast cancer cure; maybe even this year.

This ultimate goal can only be achieved if we all band together and do our parts in whatever capacity we can. This means participating in breast cancer walks and runs, or volunteering at an event, or even just lending support to someone stricken with the dreaded disease who desperately needs it.

Make it your New Year’s resolution in 2010 to get involved. If you were already active in 2009, then make it your New Year’s resolution to get even more involved. When it comes to breast cancer, we need all the involvement we can get and all the breast cancer awareness we can get.

There will be so many opportunities to get involved in 2010 that you will simply have no excuse not to do so. Just as in 2009, I will make it my mission in 2010 to continue to bring you all the latest in the world of breast cancer.
