Exercise, excecise, exercise - stay away breast cancer
Not as if you needed any more motivation to get back into shape, but here is yet another helpful breast cancer awareness nugget. More and more studies being conducted about breast cancer are all pointing to one common fact: Regular exercise keeps breast cancer at bay.
Now this is really not ground breaking news and I have even posted on this several times in the past, but since the New Year has just past and nine out of ten people will say they want to get into better shape for a resolution, I figured that now is the perfect time to broach the subject once more.
Many of you may be thinking that you simply don’t have the time to dedicate to an exercise program and to that I say, get creative. There are a number of things you can do to increase your level of activity and thus your health as a whole. Make more trips when carrying in groceries instead of trying to conquer all the bags in one load. Do some jumping jacks in between commercial breaks. Just do something!
Exercise is always a good thing but the fact that it can also help to ward off breast cancer should make you want to do it even more. ThinkPinker.com wants you to get into shape not only for youself, but for those who love you as well. You will feel better, look better, and be keeping breast cancer at ‘a more toned arm’s’ length.
Want more tips on quick and easy exercising? Here is a great article I found on that very subject.
