Relay for Life events always bring out stories of inspiration
Relay for Life events always bring out hundreds to thousands of people all in an effort to raise breast cancer awareness and funds that go to worthy causes to further breast cancer research, but they also provide something else; inspiration. There are always individuals that have some inspirational story to share with others that may make a breast cancer battle just a little easier to deal with.
Whether it is a story from breast cancer survivors, or a story about a loved one lost who fought with ferocity, stories are always abound. The best part about the stories is that they are always told to be supportive and inspirational. While breast cancer robs many of us of our loved ones, you will find no downers at a Relay for Life event, only people who refuse to give up the fight and will never quit no matter how high the chips may be stacked against them.
ThinkPinker.com urges everyone to get involved with a Relay for Life event whenever you can and when you do simply stop and listen. If you do not hear an inspirational story or two throughout the event, you just aren’t listening hard enough.
